GB-Didcot: Soha Damp and Condensation Control Contract 2022

Description

Soha wishes to enter into a Contract for the carrying out of damp inspections of Soha properties, damp and condensation control work and associated remedial repairs such as plastering, carpentry and electrical work in Soha homes. The Contract will be for a 3 year period with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
