The project consists of a 2-storey extension to the side elevation of an existing dwelling\. It will include the demolition of an existing garage/lean-to and minor refurbishment works to the external of the existing main structure\. The site is located at 41 Sydney Road, Smethwick, West Midlands, B67 5QG\.
