Procurement of Consultants in the pursuit of an Outcomes-Based Resourcing Programme

The Council is seeking a consultancy partner to support its upcoming 'outcomes-based resourcing' (OBR) programme. The programme will enable the Council to align its resources, structures, and services around the pursuit of its overall goals, creating the dynamic, effective and innovative organisation of the future. It is recognised that wide-ranging positive impact across the district can only be achieved in partnership; so the OBR programme will be outward-looking, collaborative and engaging in conjunction with local partners and residents.
