## Description

The replacement of all roof coverings to approximatly 290 council houses, flats and bungalows including all the removal of any asbestos products, any necessary structural and timber repairs and the inclusion of Solar Panels to those properties indicatd on the activity schedule\. Any re-pointing, cavity wall tie failure and necessary lintel installation or replacement will also be undertaken while on site\.
