Housing Management System & Associated Modules

Description

Plus Dane Housing are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a Housing Management System & Associated Modules to replace the existing Housing Management Computer Systems. Currently there are separate sets of systems that makeup the Housing Management System (HMS). Plus Dane Housing are looking for a commercial off the shelf solution (COTS) and not a bespoke computer system. The system must be in existence (rather than in development) and successfully installed and fully operational in at least 2 other Local Authorities, Housing Associations or similar public sector organisations of a similar size. The contract will be for a period of 5 years; thereafter Plus Dane Housing may, in agreement with the Service Provider, extend the contract for two periods, the first being three years, the second being two.
