## Description

Render Repairs to address a leak in the Core C Plant Room at the IMO\. This leak is going into one of the plant rooms and remedial work involves putting up scaffolding to repair the damaged wall render, galvanize exposed rebar and repair concrete as well as reinstating the lead flashing\.
