IRM23/7645 The Repair and Calibration of Optical and Fibre Optic Equipment

Babcock Land Defence Limited acting as the UK Ministry of Defence's agent, awarded a single source contract with Optical Test and Calibration Limited for the Repair and Calibration of Optical and Fibre Optic Equipment. It is considered that this contract can be placed using the negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Regulation 16(1)(a)(i) of the Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations 2011 due to a failed competition caused by the absence of suitable responses to Lot 5 of the previous restricted procedure reference 2023/S 000-014611.

The framework agreement has a duration of three (3) years.
