Platinum Maintenance for the Powermax Elite Shaver and associated parts at Frimley Park Hospital, Frimley Health Trust. Included in this agreement: Initial on-site inspection for new customers Annual on-site preventative maintenance inspection and inspection report Unlimited emergency call-outs Field replaceable spare parts 24 Hour Technical Hotline Software upgrades and enhancements Courier costs for next day replacements Loans fees in the rare event S&N must provide a repair Unlimited service exchanges for equipment failure due to normal wear and tear, and accidental damage Yearly price is exempt from inflation
