MTS 21-11 SUBSTATION#3 TRANSFORMER REPLACEMENT - PORT OF RAMSGATE

There are several substations around the port and harbour of Ramsgate. These are old installations and one in particular is beginning to degrade.

The contract is to replace the transformer at Substation#3. This is to be a new installation to a similar standard, or better. Due to the nature of the transformer enclosure, this will need to be replaced at the same time, fitted with lighting to the appropriate Standard, one 13A domestic socket, wiring and consumer board as required.

The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 18 July 2022 for Twelve weeks.

The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.
