## Description

This is a Request for Information \(RFI\) not a tendering opportunity at this time\. The Royal Navy \(RN\) wants relentlessly positive, inspiring, agile and people-centred leaders who deliver\. To support this aim, we are considering the introduction of a self-sufficient, work-based Leadership Development and Assessment Programme \(LDAP\)\. If introduced, the LDAP would help support our Whole Force including Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, Regulars, Reserves and RN-connected Civil Servants\. The Authority invites suppliers and market experts to submit an RFI to support us in investigating this market further\. Please see attached RFI document within DSP\.
