## Description

Civil Case Management System for the Royal Courts of Justice, four chambers of the Upper Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal \(EAT\)\. The maximum value of the contract, should the option to extend be taken, is £6,791,360\. Any use of the extension option is subject to the Authority's governance and approval, and will be subject to the supplier providing an Exit Plan three months before the expiry of the initial term\.
