Purchase of Retail Sandwiches

Description

University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust has a requirement for Sandwiches for sale in the retail outlets based in St Michaels Hospital (Café 1735) and Bristol Heart Institute (Kiosk 1735). The Café & Kiosk are located in the foyer of both hospitals in high footfall areas. Therefore the Trust requires a service from Monday - Saturday excluding Bank Holidays, with an early morning delivery, prior to 8am, to each unit. It is expected that the combined volumes of these orders will represent the total volume supplied to the catering department and any discounts will apply to the total volume. The Trust are required to stock a product range that has at least 75% contain 400 Kcal or less and do not exceed 5.0g saturated fat per 100grm. The Trust requires the service to be in place by 2nd January 2017.
