## Description

The Health and Safety Executive \(herein after referred to as the “Client”, “we” or “HSE”\) is letting a contract for a research agency to carry out a research with Small and Medium Enterprises \(SMEs\) about their needs, attitudes and behaviours when it comes to seeking out and using health and safety \(H&S\) communications\. This research will help us develop a range of interventions to positively impact the rate of accidents, death, injury and ill-health\.
