Description
Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the conversion of an existing toilet block to form a new classroom & toilet at Inglehurst Junior School. Overview: Inglehurst Junior School is assigned to take a bulge class of 30 pupils. In order to accommodate them and to avoid having TMBs (Temporary Mobile Buildings) on the school site, the school (with the agreement of Children's Services) wishes to convert part of the existing old toilet block into a classroom. The remaining area of the site is to be retained and reconfigured in order to provide the correct numbers of girls and boys toilets to include for an accessible WC within this area in order to meet the requirements of BB103.
