Work description
The council is about to introduce a significant waste collection service change for residents whereby rubbish will be collected every other week while all recycling collections remain weekly. In order to support the change, a group of staff, known as 'Outreach Officers' will be needed to help with approaching residents to help them adapt to the new service by advising them about how to recycle correctly, manage their waste and make proper use of their allocated bins.
