Lot 3: Visitor permit system for London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham

It is the contracting authority's requirement that a ‘visitor parking permit’ is supplied and operated by the supplier which will allow visitors of residents in the borough to receive a discounted rate of parking to offer different or no maximum stay periods that might apply to regular pay and display users.
