SHINE portal (2018)

This contract is for software development and support for a web-based Portal called SHINE. This Portal is needed so that Natural England (NE), ALGAO and Historic England can send and receive historic environment advice on agri-environmental schemes. These schemes bring in millions of pounds from NE for the management and repair of historic environment assets, and are a key tool in our H@R work.
