Short description: Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition for the works and purchase of section 106 planning obligation (40%) of affordable housing comprising of 25 rented and 11 shared ownership (adding up to 36 affordable homes) at Bennell Farm, Toft. The land is owned by the developer and the developer has the sole rights to develop this land. SCDC has assessed that this will provide SCDC with the best consideration.
