Bird Disturbance Surveys - Ecological Surveying

Medway Council requires bird disturbance surveys to be undertaken during the winter of 2021/22. These should be comparable to the baseline surveys undertaken to inform the original 2014 SAMMS strategy. The resulting surveys will be utilised to assess the success of mitigation delivered during the first five years that Bird Wise has been operational and inform any changes required as a result of the findings. The Contract is anticipated to commence on 1st December 2021 and will continue for a period of 3 months with an option to extend for a further period of 1 month unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract
