## Description

DWP has established a 'GovCo', BPDTS Limited, that will provide Application Development, Maintenance and Support \(ADMS\) services to the Department\. Approximately 600 employees will transfer to the GovCo in waves between December 2016 and spring 2017\. DWP has appointed a supplier on behalf of BPDTS to provide Life Assurance cover for BPDTS employees\.
