Special Bereavement Service

Description

This service specification sets out the parameters for delivery of a Specialist Bereavement Service. The service will support people of all ages living within the borough of Stockton-on-Tees or working in the borough who cannot access support in the area where they reside. The specification details parameters for the service with regards to:\r 1. bereavement support\r 2. suicide postvention \r 3. bereavement support for people identifying as bereaved by drug and/or alcohol related deaths. \r
