LB Newham Dementia Community Memory Support Service

Dementia Community Memory Support services are community based preventative services which the Local Authority has an obligation to procure to help and support people with dementia and their family/carers to live well with dementia from diagnosis until end of life.

The London Borough of Newham (LBN) is procuring this service as a joint contract with Newham Clinical Commissioning Group (NCCG). The contract is for a period of 1 year commencing on 01.01.2021.

LBN welcomes Expressions of Interest from providers with a proven track record of providing similar services and also have the potential to exceed the non-statutory requirements of the service Specification.
