## Description

Specialist and Statistical Services are required to assist the EA in its work to permit, regulate and monitor industry\. Representative monitoring is essential to establish the condition of a site prior to Onshore Oil and Gas \(OOG\) development \(the baseline\) and to determine if subsequent activities have altered local air-pollution or groundwater conditions\.
