## Description

The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative \(NOE CPC\), \(the 'Authority'\) is issuing this invitation to tender \('ITT'\) in connection with the competitive procurement to establish a framework agreement for Cleaning and Janitorial Supplies\. The resulting Framework agreement will be accessed by entitled organisations \("Participating Authorities"\) as listed in Annex 2 at any point during the period of the Agreement\. This ITT contains further information about the procurement process\.
