## Description

An information provider service is required to help support upcoming changes to Support for Mortgage Interest \(SMI\) which is currently paid as a benefit\. The requirement will contain elements of both incoming and outgoing calls to DWP customers in receipt of SMI to inform them of the changes, confirming contact and some back office administration\. There is a bulk volume of customers who need to be contacted initially and then a reduced volume of new claimants going forwards\. Variant bids will not be accepted\. This requirement does not involve the setting up of a Dynamic Purchasing System\. Please note the contents of this notice may change in the time between this and the opportunity notice\.
