## Description

Medway Council's HRA Service wish to appoint an experienced and professional contractor to undertake FRA Remedial Works\. The Contract will be for a period of Initial 4 years with two optional extension periods of 4 years each to a maximum term of 12 years\. The initial term 4 year term period runs from 1st September 2024 and ends 31st August 2028\. The full term, encompassing both extension options would therefore conclude on 31st August 2036\. The anticipated annual spend is £350,000\.00, equating to circa\. £4\.2M over the full 12 year term\.
