## Description

Highways England \(HE\) Structures and VRS Group undertakes the Technical Approval of all proposals for structures, and provides technical advice on structural aspects of HE projects\. Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of specialist structural engineering services and advice in support of the Structures and VRS Group to deliver the forward workload\.
