## Description

The implementation of an Asymptomatic Test Site in Torbay is required to identify and isolate those members of the public who are unable to work from home who are infected with Covid-19 but do not show symptoms\. This is to better protect the public and reduce the stress on the NHS, thereby saving lives\.
