Asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys of commercial and domestic stock, to also include voids together with any relevant analytical work

Oxford City Council (the Council) is looking to award a contract for commercial and domestic asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys including voids across its housing stock.

The services required may also include the following:

o Airborne fibre monitoring for asbestos removal identified within the surveys where applicable. o Asbestos management surveys for external elements of domestic stock to a planned programme of works. o Provision of annual asbestos awareness training in two half day training sessions for relevant staff. o Re-inspection surveys of asbestos containing materials in domestic and commercial properties.
