## Description

City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport is seeking an organisation to provide Commercial Management Support\. The purpose is to address the immediate need for Commercial Management supervision on the A454 Phases 1&2 major scheme in the Black Country Transport portfolio\. The team does not have this technical expertise and the procurement of this will ensure that the ECI contract is delivered correctly and provides value for money\.
