REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PRINTING, PACKAGING AND DELIVERY OF TERMs 2 AND 3 SCALE-UP TEACHER TRAINING MATERIALS TO LILONGWE. RFP No. MMB/10/10/2024/3

Description

The scope of this RFP includes the printing, binding, packing and delivery to Lilongwe a total of 37,378 learner workbooks, 1,420 teacher guide, 710 Facilitator Manuals and 34,389 Teacher CPDs for both Term 2 and Term 3 teacher training in the academic school year 2024/2025. The quantity may vary with (+/-)20% at the time of signing the contract. The books will be printed and delivered to a designated location in Lilongwe. Mott MacDonald's team will review the proposals and select the most responsive service provider to print 37,378 learner workbooks, 1,420 teacher guide, 710 Facilitator Manuals and 34,389 Teacher CPDs according to the distribution plan. To execute the agreement, Mott Mac Donald will provide the ready-to-print PDF artwork/files of all books for the selected service provider, while the service provider shall be responsible for printing, binding, packing, shipping and distribution as per technical specifications.
