Award of consultant to review ESCC's care efficiency strategy

Description

A consultant is required to review and help deliver Children's Services care sufficiency strategy. The work will comprise of two phases, with the second phase only going ahead subject to the outcome of phase one, funding availability, the consultant's performance and internal approval. This contract was extended from 26 September 2023 to 31 October 2023 and the contract value increased from £315,000 to £450,000. Additional information: The contract value has increased from £315,000 to £450,000 due to an approved increase in the scope of Phase Two of the project. The contract end date has been extended from 26 September 2023 to 31 October 2023.
