## Description

Defra is seeking to commission work with the following aim and requirements: Aim: Conduct controlled quarry trials of quieter technologies to clear UXOs and determine to what degree they result in lower sound levels when compared to deliberate high-order detonation\. Scope: The UXO clearance technologies used in the trials must be suitable for commercial application in the UK marine environment\. The trials must be undertaken in a controlled environment rather than in the marine environment\. This contract was awarded by DEFRA\.
