Victim Satisfaction Surveys

Description

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has extended via exemption the agreement with the incumbent supplier to continue provision of Victim Satisfaction Surveys beyond end of current contract. This is due to the Home Office completing a pilot study, once the results of the pilot are known this will enable a better understanding of requirements with a view to approaching the market next year.
