GB-Kings Lynn: Accommodation for Ex-Offenders Scheme

The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk intends to let a contract for the provision of an Accommodation for Ex-Offenders Scheme in Kings Lynn, West Norfolk and on behalf of North Norfolk District Council. The aim of the scheme is to increase access to new private rented sector tenancies for ex-offenders who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. This contract is subject to a funding application to DLUHC being successful.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
