Work description
Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are embarking on the recommissioning of their Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Service.
The boroughs are seeking to procure a Lead Provider to develop and coordinate the delivery of an inclusive universal Integrated Health Lifestyle Service (IHLS) which will include bespoke services for underserved groups/communities and target support towards residents with the greatest deprivation. The services will reduce key risk factors for cardiovascular disease (CVD) and lifestyle related cancers (namely: smoking, drinking above recommended limits, unhealthy eating habits, inactivity, increasing physical activity levels, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and raised cholesterol) amongst residents.
