## Description

Rochford District Council is seeking a supplier to undertake a safe, secure process of collecting, counting, and banking bulk coin from the 21 Pay & Display Car Park machines located across the 11 car parks within the district, twice a week Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
