## Description

Mansfield District Council are seeking to appoint an agent to provide professional advice and guidance and undertake the appointment of a joint venture developer partner, in compliance with the procurement provisions of the European Union, in respect of the Stockwell Gate North site in Mansfield\. In addition, subject to the outcome of the OJEU process we will require you to work with the appointed joint venture partner to secure end user operators for the site\. The works will be broken down into two stage and Stage 2 will be subject to the outcome of Stage 1\. Stage One: • Professional advice, guidance and to manage the appointment of a joint venture developer partner in compliance with the procurement provisions of the European Union in respect of the Stockwell Gate North site\. Stage Two: • Work with the preferred development partner to secure end user operators for the site Additional information: Documents can be accessed by registering an interest via the EastMidsTenders electronic tendering portal\. All communication must be undertaken via the portal\.
