Work description
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames wishes to appoint a Consultant to produce an indoor sports & leisure facilities strategy, which will guide future provision and management of new leisure centres/facilities in the Kingston area in the context of national policy and local sports, leisure and health criteria.
