15/7/24: Amendment of Existing Notice-Contract Award Date corrected to 19/1/24 The focus of this Contract is for Orders for Sale in relation to the recovery of monies owed by the Paying Parent to the Receiving Parent for Child Maintenance purposes. However, the Supplier may be required to undertake other debt litigation resolution services to be agreed during the Contract Period. The supplier will work closely with the Buyer (Department of Work and Pensions) to manage individual cases including the establishment, collection and transfer of monies received from the paying parent under payment plans. The recovery includes the management of property for which an order for possession has been granted to ensure that the value of the sale of property is protected. Suppliers will also be required to undertake all tasks associated with the sale of property including the appointment and management of estate agents.
