## Description

Refurbishment of the Ward 1 - Short Stay Surgical Unit toilets and wash areas\. Works are to be carried out in such a manner that safe access for Hospital Staff and the public is maintained at all times during normal working hours\. The Contractor is required to produce a fixed programme for the design and completion of the works\. The Contractor will make due allowance for all shutdowns and holiday periods\.
