## Description

Provision of a Lighting Technical Assurance Advisor \(TAA\) to support the LED Programme Team in meeting the objective of fitting 70% of all highway lighting inventory \(excluding bollards and signs\) with an LED light source by March 2027\. The TAA role represents NH interests, objectives, and requirements with regards to the successful delivery of the LED replacement programme and the overall objectives aligned with the Net Zero Plan\.
