3.1 A Face-to-face counselling service to be provided either following an initial assessment or if specifically requested by employee. A telephone based and on-line counselling service is also required together with a 24/7 telephone based support available 365 days per year, on a wide range of work and personal issues. Service provision must meet the needs of employees who may have a disability in terms of access and location.
