## Description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Wednesday, 28th August 2019 at 11:00am\. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer\. The aim of this study is to support the UKSA development of a results framework outlining the various inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes and impacts in order to identify key indicators\. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the Mini Competition document\. How to Apply As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd \(UK SBS\) and Crown Commercial Service \(CCS\), UK SBS will be using the CCS eSourcing Suite for this procurement\.
