## Description

Stage 1 pre-construction services \(PCSA\) contract to Morgan Sindall Construction and Infrastructure Limited for the sum of £443,298\.96 \(Four hundred and forty three thousand, two hundred and ninety eight pounds and 96 pence\) excluding VAT\.\\r \\r The PCSA is to develop and undertake a scheme to the requisite RIBA 4 stage level and range of detail, in particular design and costs, in order to conclude the agreement and enter into a formal and final Design & Build contract for delivery of the main scheme of 60 new affordable homes at Suffolk Court\.
