Construction of Blakewater Lodge Car Park

This Scheme will involve the construction of a car park on the old Blakewater Lodge site and will encompass the following works:

• Site clearance • Reprofiling of site • Excavation of acceptable material and reuse on site where feasible, or remove off site to tip. • Provide and install surface water drainage inc inspection Chamber and connection to sewer. • Provide and install surface water channels • Provide and install kerblines, • Provide and install street lighting inc ducting and chambers • Construction of car parking area using flexible materials • Installation of road markings • Provide and install height barrier • Traffic management • Disposal of any materials removed as part of the works
