## Description

To provide valuations by a RICS Chartered Surveyor of 30 domestic dwellings in accordance with the RICS Red Book Global Standards\. These valuations should provide the Market Value of a notional Freehold interest as per an agreed red line boundary and no valuations should be negatively impacted by the proposed redevelopment in the area\. Valuations should take into account market conditions and demand in the area\.
