Description
The authority required a supplier to deliver a leadership development training programme. On completion participants will be able to demonstrate: •Application of system leadership to set direction, enable effective delivery and encourage continual improvement across the health and care system, •An ability to connect and engage effectively with key stakeholders across the health and care system and beyond to build strong and willing coalitions committed to jointly driving complex programmes of work, and •Readiness to work directly in support of and deputise for an executive director. •Share best practice and learn how to strategically manage Covd-19 •A clear understanding of the strategic function and role of integrated care systems University of Hertfordshire have delivered previous cohorts which were positively evaluated.
