## Description

This services provides DWP with Site Reliability Engineering Service\. The purpose of the contract is to bring a supplier on-board that will support the Hybrid Cloud Services team, in the transition of applications into the DWP's cloud portals, responding to incidents raised by DWP engineers during core hours, and delivering knowledge transfers to DWP, to allow the department the ability to provide this service in-house, in the future\.
