## Description

The Council requires a contractor to undertake a Stock Condition Survey of 1500 low and mid rise dwellings as part of the Council's Behind Every Door Strategy\. This will include a Housing Health & Safety Rating System \(HHSRS\) inspection and Decent Homes analysis\. Our strategy is to access every tenanted property to confirm property condition, decent homes status, repairs needed and raise any safeguarding issues\.
